With effect from 1 September, Oslo Børs will introduce a fee that will affect unnecessarily high order activity in the stock market.
The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee considered an appeal by Cecon ASA against the resolution passed by Oslo Børs
The shares in TECO Maritime ASA will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be Wednesday 30 May 2012.
The shares in NEAS ASA will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be Friday 25 May 2012.
The shares in Aker Floating Production will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be Friday 30 March 2012.
At its meeting on 29 February 2012, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to impose violation charges on Cecon ASA for the company’s failure on two occasions to arrange for new shares to be admitted to listing without unnecessary delay following the registration of the increase in share capital, and for a failure to publicly disclose a change to the company’s share capital in connection with the exercise of independent subscription rights.
The shares in Fornebu Utvikling will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be Tuesday 27 March 2012.
