'Our family believes in incest': First cousins on My Big fat American gypsy wedding

An incestuous couple are the stars of this week's episode of My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding as the shock factor of TLC's show reaches new highs. Annie and her first cousin Josh claim to be in love and as far as their family is concerned, the only sin is that they aren't already married. 

As one bridesmaid and unspecified family member puts it quite bluntly: 'Our family believes in incest.'

The yellow-toothed bride-to-be exclaims: 'We love each other,' before proudly planting a kiss on her cousin's lips and cosying up for a cuddle.

In anticipation of their shotgun nuptials, Annie orders a dress that is described as 'a high voltage dress that blows her mind.'

Whatever fireworks she is expecting, her reaction to the gown on first sight is of pure delight. 

'Oh my god!' She squeals in the teaser clip. 'This is gonna make his jaws drop. He’s gonna be ready to take my dress off me again.'

More scandalous among the gypsy community meanwhile is the show's other couple-in-love, Ana and her girlfriend.

Theirs will be the first gay gypsy wedding in Ohio and Ana is not expecting a warm reception when she announces her decision to break with the culture's traditions. 

'I'm pretty much going to be cut off,' she admits.

But unafraid to let the anger of her relatives impede her plans, she warns: 'The party is coming, lock up your daughters.'
