Iran’s Golestan and Turkey’s Samsun provinces will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote commercial and economic cooperation.
The deal was inked by Golestan governor general, Javad Qana’t, who is in Turkey at the head of a delegation, and Samsun’s governor general, Hossein Aqsoy. They also discussed ways of promoting commercial and economic collaboration.
Qana’t said that he is in Turkey at the invitation of his counterpart to ink a deal to promote bilateral cooperation.
The agreement will pave the way for foreign investment in the two provinces, he noted.
