    Feb 11, Abuja: More than 70 people have been killed in a double suicide attack at a camp for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in northeast Nigeria, local media reported.     Feb 11, Damascus: Over 50,000 people have been displaced in Syria’s Aleppo province due to surge in fighting, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has warned. The humanitarian situation is deteriorating rapidly, the ICRC added, with water supplies to Aleppo city cut, media reports said.
