Have you ever thought why do break up’s hurt so much, even when the relationship is of no good. It hurts because you not only lose the relationship but you also lose the dreams that you saw with your partner. But, it’s life and it stops for nobody, time always moves on, if you don’t move ahead with it then you will be left behind in the race of life. There are a lot of ways you can do to cheer yourself up after a break up:

1.Spend time with people who value you, be with all those people who make you feel good and energized, staying alone all the time will not be good, surround yourself with people who are ready to listen to you, speak your heart out, , don’t think that they will judge or criticize you, just vent out every bit of that painful emotion, once you do that , realize how better you feel.

2.If you can’t find someone who can help you, then take an appointment with a counselor, consulting a psychiatrist or a counselor is completely normal, discuss your problem with him and ask for relevant suggestions, you will surly get some good advice.

3.If you feel that you have lost touch with your social network then make an effort to meet new people. Join a networking group or a special interest club, get involved in community activities. Try to do everything that keeps you occupied, read books on motivation and similar sort of stuff.

4.A break up can sometimes disturb your daily routine, so make sure that you get back to the same routine that you had.

5.Taking alcohol or drugs will not help, rather it will worsen your condition, so do not take them.

6.Try and take up a job or go out for a vacation with friends or family.

7.A very important thing, do evaluate you relationship and see where did you do wrong, make sure that you avoid making such mistakes in your next relationship.

Moving on in life is very important, always have a habit of cherishing good memories and move ahead with a big broad smile on your face.
