Oslo Børs has been advised that DNO International ASA withdraws the appeal proposed 3 February 2011 to the Borgarting Court of Appeal on the ruling of 21 December 2010 issued by the Oslo District Court.
The ruling concerned a lawsuit DNO International ASA filed against the Oslo Børs in connection with the decision of the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee in respect of DNO’s duty to disclose information to Oslo Børs.See also the Oslo Børs press releases of 19 March 2010, 22 December 2010 and 3 February 2011 on the matter.
