Taiwan's HTC smartphone loss 137 million in three months
Oct.6, Taipei: Taiwan's troubled smartphone maker HTC has reported that it has loss $137.63m in the past three months to September. One time market leader for smartphones has continued to struggle against Samsung and Apple.
The loss bored by HTC was similar to the profit for the same period that it made last year.
HTC has also been dropped from the index of Taiwan's 50 largest firms. It has also slide in share prices.
HTC was founded in the 1990s, made the world's first Android smartphone.
